Our illustrious leader has over 23 years experience as a brand consultant. His first commission as a trained designer-pilot was with Michael Peters and Partners in 1985, where he rebranded Top Shop. He then progressed up the ranks to Joint Commanding Officer of  The Chase in London.

On August 1 1994 Adrian formed his own squadron The Formation Creative Consultants Europe Ltd. Adrian is personally responsible for the creation of a number of famous high street brands, including Pret A Manger, and Coffee Republic. Both of these are recognised as official 'Millenium Brands' and examples of The Formation's work are on display in the Museum of London as examples of contemporary consumer packaging.

More recent creations include The Hoxton Urban Lodge the innovative luxury budget hotel, Camino the multi-award winning Spanish restaurant in King's Cross and Aspretto the world's first truely ethical international coffee brand by Sodexo.

A multi award winner and lecturer with regularly published work, Adrian still leads the squadron on every major sortie.
