An innovative European bakery producing over 40 different types of fresh bread and pastries daily in store. The shop front carries typographic ‘signatures’ for each of the breads and a limestone walkway leads the eye down to the rear of the shop where the theatre of breadmaking can be experienced.

The packaging uses simple one colour printing onto recycled paper bags, cardboard cups and baking parchment. 

The interior references the natural and mechanical processes of traditional milling and breadmaking.
Giant grain filled hoppers highlight the product on the 2-tier displays. An informal market-stall style of retailing encourages customers to use the string-bound parchment sheets to select their own fresh warm breads from the displays and place them in the hand-made wooden baskets.

The brand now operates five stand alone retail sites with concessions in Selfridges, contracts with Virgin Atlantic and a number of London's leading restaurants.
