CASE STUDIES

NEW YORK NAIL Co.

The New York Nail Company was the first no-appointment nail service in London, with technology and training directly from the United States. Founded by a New Yorker, it offers quick yet uncompromising manicures and pedicures.

The hand/crown identity invests the brand with authority and cachet. The colour palette of teal, silver and white is carried throughout the interiors which have been designed to express hygiene, professionalism, speed and style with secondary references to the cosmetic/health and leisure markets. The task of maximising floor space was solved by the towers. These serve as storage (towels, equipment etc) as well as display for polishes and products. Their small footprint ensures available floorspace is utilised to the full.

Glass effect rubber flooring, quilted stainless steel and the use of textured/coloured glass creates a lightness to the space and a functional modernity to unitry and workstations.
