The Formation first took to the skies on 1st August 1994 under the command of Squadron Leader Adrian 'Killer' Kilby - brand consultant and re-incarnated fighter pilot.

The unit operates two flights: branding and interiors, and is a healthy mix of flying types, from new recruits to seasoned aces.
